When will your cleaning associates arrive to clean?

Our team members clean during the day from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - each home is assigned a time during the day for cleaning. Our team members do their very best to stick as closely to those start times as possible.

However, the arrival time may vary slightly due to things such as traffic, or if our team members find they need to spend a little longer at a home to handle a special request.

If you require a definite starting time for our team members, our office would be more than happy to talk about possible solutions such as making your scheduled cleaning the first appointment of the day.


Is there anything I should do before you arrive to clean?

Nice of you to ask - yes, it can help our team members if you pick up or put away any clothes, children's toys, dirty dishes in sink( we do not do dishes unless added as extra time) or other items before we arrive. We can add organizing and straightening time if this is a need for you to any service.  It is also appreciated if you could make sure your pet is safe and secure before our cleaning associates come to clean. Thanks!

What if I can't be home when your team members arrive to clean?

No problem, this is very common. That's why many of our clients decide to provide us with a key and a code if they have an alarm system for their home. We can arrange a key pick up from front desk at buildings in the city.  All keys are securely marked and controlled to maintain your security.

This arrangement works very well and allows us to access your home to clean at the appropriate day and time. If you do not provide us a key, and you are not home to let our team members in at their scheduled cleaning time, a $40 lock-out charge will be applied.

What if I need to reschedule or skip my regular cleaning?

Again, no problem! We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen requiring you to move things around. We ask that you please let us know at least 48 hrs. in advance, so we can change our team member's schedules and arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning.
You will receive a confirmation via email 48 hours prior and a text 24 hours prior to appointment to remind you so be sure to contact us if changes needed. WE CHARGE A $45 fee for any cancellation with less then 24 hr notice or any lock out on cleaning day.



How do i pay for my service?

We have our MJ VIP recurring clients keep a credit card secure and encrypted via stripe on file so you will be auto billed on your cleaning day. Please contact us via phone prior to your first cleaning to give us the card you would like to use.  This allows us to keep everything simple and eliminate extra time and effort for you to be leaving check, cash, or reentering payment information every cleaning.

Do i need to provide parking? 
Yes, we will need to have parking in building or paid for street parking. We have many appointments through the day and can not accommodate our clients if teams are needing to be searching for parking. remember the girls bring all their own supplies so we appreciate close parking so we can best serve you.

What about 'Green' Products products? Do you use them?

Green cleaning is a broad and often misunderstood term used today to include any number of products and cleaning methods used by cleaning companies with the goal of reducing the impact on our environment while supporting ecologically safe and healthy homes.

While the use of these products is desirable, truly organic 'green' chemicals, unlike disinfectants, do not kill many harmful bacteria. Our approach is to work in a responsible way towards adding increasingly 'green' products to our overall chemical program if appropriate.

We use top quality microfiber towels and floor pads. The quality of material traps and removes more dust and allergens then conventional rags and dusters.
We launder and provide clean microfiber for each visit to your home we do not reuse any towels from room to room to avoid cross contamination. If there are special products you desire to be used in your home we can be sure to accommodate. We provide the shopping and purchasing of supplies , laundering and maintaining professional equipment as one additional service that will allow you to be freed up from the task of keeping your home.
